This chapter is so rushed, i guess the author is feeling public pressure to end the saga. The respectful stage presence of Meera is shattered within single chapter. Atleast for me so many things in p.126 are meaningless. more than Desai's betrayal, Meera had betrayed Krish unlike i had seen her in previous chapters. Meera's betrayal is very unexpected and cuts deep. I would not have expected a take as this from Meera even as an outsider. Only a person convinced beforehad and already decided the way forward could have a reaction as Meera had (she never listened Krish here and blaming the entirety including Indian election results on Krish.) Meera always shared the ownership and respected Krish - this perspective is lost in this chapter. Whatever came out Meera's mouth in this chapter is utter bullshit, the only way Krish should retaliate let Meera settle with Desai, realize the true Desai experience (pimped to partners), come running back to Krish - but Krish should reject her. Sometimes experience of a saga results in a disappointing ending - so here we are..
